51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun, caused by dropping the Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system under any circumstance, rendering it inoperable or unable to insert the magazine(s) into a/the/your gun. 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun if a Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system is inserted into a/the/your gun with a damaged, fouled, clogged magazine(s). 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun caused by misfires, jams, out of battery condition, or other conditions where a/the/your gun must be cleared in order to shoot. 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun, due to the users’ proficiency, or lack thereof, in the speed of magazine changeouts, or loss of control of the Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system. 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun if the magazines are not inserted into a/the/your gun correctly. 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun when the user doesn’t ensure the slide is in battery, or the user runs out of bullets. 51bullets Incorporated is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, damages or loss of use of a/the/your gun when the user or owner does not maintain a/the/your gun properly.
The Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system is designed for Home Defense, or other defensive/protective situations. 51bullets Incorporated is not responsible for any misuse of the Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system. Misuse of the Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system includes, but is not limited to, using it for mass shootings, gang shootings, suicides, or other attacks on innocent people, animals or structures, throwing the Dyno3mag or Dyno3mag system at a person, animal or object, using it as a lever, pry bar or as a hammer, or used in any other manner not conducive to Home Defense, or other defensive/protective situations.
